Richard was able to explain everything in laymen’s terms while still providing expert service both efficiently and effectively. He provided quality work, and we never had to ask him to return to fix the same problem twice. Richard also provided customized service to meet our needs. In fact, because of his good work with our company, I hired him to do some work on my home computer. Not only did he fix the original problem, but he also re-configured my system so that I had protection for my children. He did this all after hours and for a reasonable rate!
